Ricci Rivero explains why he did not attempt to win Andrea Brillantes back

Basketball player Ricci Rivero revealed that he did not try to win his ex-girlfriend Andrea Brillantes back.

In the continuation of Monday’s episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Boy threw several questions addressing speculations hounding the breakup of the ex-couple.

One of which asked Ricci if he had tried to win his ex-girlfriend back following rumors about him courting Andrea again.

“No,” Ricci said, explaining: “Kasi Tito Boy siguro for the longest time, I was trying to not give up on the relationship. And sabi ko, for me to give up, siguro sobrang puno na.”

The athlete stressed that he felt the need to air his side because of the harsh criticisms he’s been facing and are now affecting his family.

When asked about Andrea’s possible reaction to his interview, Ricci said, “Malulungkot.

Despite everything, Ricci admitted that he doesn’t have any regrets about their relationship.

“About this relationship? Wala Tito Boy,” he said.

“Is this relationship over?” Boy asked.

“For now, yes,” Ricci answered.

Meanwhile, it seemed that Andrea had already unfollowed Ricci on Instagram after the airing of the episode of his interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda last Monday.
