A group of Pinoy nurses became emotional while in the middle of a tour in Northern Ireland after finding out that they passed the licensure exam in United Kingdom.
Uploader Randolph Relator shared a reaction video after receiving the good news on April 5, 2023.
“[We took the exam last] April 4, 2023. It’s a 10-station practical examination with skills and silent stations. We have to pass the OSCE before we’ll be registered as Nurses in the UK. The result usually next day since sa Northern Ireland kami, we took a day tour dahil ’yan lang free day namin na whole day,” Relator told The Philippine STAR.
In the video, some were seen jumping for joy while others became emotional.
Relator said that before starting the tour, everyone knew that it would be the day of the exam results.
“On our first location pa lang tense na kami dahil sabi between 9AM-10AM ang result. Dyan ang aming first location sa tour and pagbaba pa lang namin sa windmills hindi pa kami nag tatake ng pictures lahat [nag] refresh ng website and emails because we are already expecting the result. One by one lumabas na ang result and we all started shouting and crying after getting the result. Night pa lang naman ni ready na namin mga sarili namin whatever the result tatangapin na lang namin pass or fail,” Relator shared.
“Some passed and some failed the exam but it was really a wonderful moment because we just hugged each other and comforted each other. We are all happy for each and everyone. After settling down we prayed for everyone and still push with our day tour,” he added.
Relator said that they were thankful for their tour guide for capturing a once in a lifetime moment.
“We didn’t noticed that vinivideo pala kami ng tour guide namin na si Kuya Jun. Sanay na rin kasi siya sa ganyan kasi dami na niyang tour na naabutan ng results ang kanya nga guests sa gitna ng tour niya,” Relator said.
As of this writing, the uploaded video on TikTok has already garnered more than 90,000 views.
