Andrea Brillantes’ scene-stealing “promposal” to boyfriend Ricci Rivero at Blackpink’s concert proved to be worth it after winning these awards at the recently-held Star Magical Prom.
The couple took home the “Best Promposal” and “Most Creative” awards at Star Magic’s first-ever prom on Thursday night.
Andrea, being a Star Magic artist, was the one to surprise her beau with a “promposal” during K-pop girl group Blackpink’s Born Pink concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan last March 26.
The 20-year-old got to ask Ricci to be her date to the prom when she was luckily spotted by Rosé holding up a banner that read “I just wanna ask Ricci Rivero, will you go to prom with Andrea?”
Andrea described it as “the best 2-3 minutes of my life”.
“Para talaga akong nanaloto sa lotto,” gushed Andrea in an Instagram post.
Andrea’s former Kadenang Ginto stars Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin, meanwhile, received the Most Viewed” and “Most Kilig” promposal awards.
They also got the 1st runner-up in Best Promposal award while Kaori Oinuma and Jeremiah Lisbo took the 2nd runner-up award.
