Bea Alonzo chooses ‘to be better than yesterday’

Bea Alonzo turned sentimental as she looked back on her past trip to Switzerland with her boyfriend Dominic Roque.

The actress took to social media to share how she’s dealing with the events in her life that took an unexpected turn.

“I could think of a million different times and occasions when I let my emotions, insecurities, and fears get the better of me and stole away what could’ve been a happy moment for me.

“There’ll be more, I’m sure, but at least I’m learning, I’m discovering things about myself and acknowledging that I have off days, and that’s okay; nobody is perfect, nor should anyone be perfect,” she wrote.

For Bea, as she copes with the “never-ending learning process” of life, she is choosing to be better than yesterday.

Just days ago, the 35-year-old made headlines when a netizen accused her of “land-grabbing” from an indigenous group after she shared a snap with her Aeta neighbors in her Zambales farm.

Bea’s legal team has already responded to the allegations with a warning that they will initiate all legal actions against the netizen if their statements have not been retracted.

As published on PEP.ph’s report, Atty. Joey Garcia of the Gera law firm stated: “For the record, our client vehement opposes that baseless and very unfair accusation. She and her family are the absolute and registered owners of the parcels of land in Zambales, acquired through legal and valid means.”
