Pinay TikToker in viral ‘luxury bag’ video gifted with personalized bags from Charles & Keith

Zoe Gabriel, the Pinay teen based in Singapore who went viral for her “first luxury bag” from Charles and Keith, is receiving much love after taking a stand against bashers online.

Aside from her and her dad Donny Garbiel having lunch with one half of the founder of Singaporean fashion house Charles and Keith and touring its headquarters, Zoe also got to own more luxury items from the brand.

In a TikTok post, Zoe shared her unboxing of two personalized shoulder bags she received from the brand.

“We are all so impressed with the grace in how you handled the situation and displaying values that resonate with us greatly,” read the fashion label’s note addressed to the teenager.

“(We) hope that it will remind you of this special moment where you inspired so many others to be kind, compassionate, and confident.,” it added.

Zoe, meanwhile, extended her gratitude to those who previously sent her kind words in the midst of getting ridiculed online for calling the Charles and Keith bag she received as a gift from her dad a “luxury item”.

“To everyone who has shown their support and endless kindness, this is for you. You have made things happen for me that I never thought possible, taught me lessons I will never forget, and have given me so many valuable memories.

“I would not be here if it weren’t for you, and for the millionth time and counting, I give you all my love, thanks, and well wishes; I am forever grateful and indebted to you all,” said Zoe.

In an Instagram story, Zoe gushed over the personalized bag which had her initials on it.

In an interview with News5, Zoe’s dad, who works in construction and a part-time-teacher , said he simply wanted to give her the bag that she wanted.

“That’s why I consider it “luxury” because my dad gave it to me,” Zoe who explained she “didn’t have a lot growing up”, said of her viral video which now has over 15 million views on TikTok.

Zoe has also received other gifts and treats from other local brands which commended her for how she handled the online hate.
