Trina Candaza looked back on the year that was as she opened up on the man that she and her daughter Mithi lost.
On an Instagram post marking the end of 2022, it seems the social media personality finally spoke about her past relationship with the father of her child, Carlo Aquino.
“We lost someone whom I thought will be the man who will always keep us safe, someone who will protect us. But little did I know he will be the one who is very excited to remove us from his life,” she said.
Despite this, the celebrity mom expressed her gratitude for the blessings she received and the people who supported her and her daughter in their journey.
“Thank you to all the people who helped me and Mithi, you know who you are, we love you and we are very grateful for all the help and love.
“2022, you are the year that built me,” she ended.
In another social media post, Trina shared that she welcomed the new year with her baby girl.
“A new beginning for us again, my love,” her caption read.
Just days ago, Carlo was photographed looking cozy with actress Charlie Dizon on her Instagram post.
It was back in April when Carlo confirmed that he and Trina have parted ways. The two welcomed their daughter Enola Mithi in 2020.
