October 21, 2022, Bangkok’s Favorite Thai Restaurant Greyhound Café found its third home at the Ground Level, The Podium, Ortigas Center, bringing the Thai Food with a twist to the in the heart of metro manila.
Just like Bangkok, Greyhound Café offers a taste of modern contradictions and chili fish sauce, flair with creative chaos where east meets west, traditional meets international, street meets couture, all fused together in a beautiful, chaotic way.
Greyhound Café is modern Bangkok on the plates for customers to explore and enjoy. It offers an unforgettable experience as it brings their customers right into the streets of Bangkok.
The event was attended by Mr. Steven Tan, President of SM Supermalls, by the Royal Thai Embassy headed by Mr Thawat Sumitmor- Deputy Chief of Missions, Ms. Janthana Chotimunee, Director of Thai Trade Center, Mr. Aditat Panupong, First Secretary, Mr. Witsarut Piyavongsomboon, Second Secretary and Ms. Malou de Leon, Marketing Officer. From Viva Foods, Mr. Vicente Raphael “VR” Del Rosario IV, President/COO, Ms. Lulu De Castro, VP of Operations, Mr. Ace Azarraga, Marketing Head for Greyhound Café and Mr. Paul Edwin Lemi, Operation Head for Greyhound Café. Also Present are the Executive Chef from Greyhound Café Thailand, Chef Aniwat Vadhanacha.
With its goal of providing twist on every outlet Greyhound Café will be adding an exclusive menu for it’s the Podium, Ortigas branch. The worlds best soup by tasteatlas – Beef Kao Soi, Beef Boat Noodles, Pork Boat Noodles, Tom Yum Soup with Quail Eggs Dumpling, Pad Mama Noodles, Pad See-ew Beef, Tom Yum Egg Noodles Soup and Noodle Soup with Braise Pork.
Marketing manager Ace Azarraga says that Greyhound Café do not just give the traditional Thai food. But we put some twist on it. It is kind of a fusion. We put Asian and French touches on of our food.
The Viva Foods Chief VR Del Rosario said that we want to be able to cater to everybody, from younger families to groups of friends who just want to experience something different.
Viva Foods, which includes other Brands such as Botejyu, Wingzone, Papermoon, Yogorino and Pepi Cubano.
Greyhound Café is to open more branches this year at Rockwell and Eastwood Mall.
