Heart Evangelista is taking steps outside her comfort zone as she shared how she’s learning to be “alone and independent” in Paris, France.
On a social media post, she shared how she spent her solo date day exploring the streets of Paris.
“Those of you who know me know that I have so much anxiety when I’m by myself but sometimes you gotta learn how to do new things, explore, and you know, learn for yourself,” she explained the reason by behind her adventure.
Heart’s mini vlog on Instagram featured a trip to a café, pet shop, and some shopping.
She added: “I’m learning to be alone and independent and being totally by myself and I kinda love it.”
The actress shared her “#HeartInParis” video just days after her fans noticed she did not upload a birthday post for her husband Chiz Escudero, who turned a year older on October 10.
