The daughter of celebrity doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho, Scarlet Snow, informed her fans on social media that they have lost their access to her Instagram account for nearly a month now.
On the seven-year-old’s Instagram page, which is managed by her parents, they explained why they haven’t posted a life update in a while.
“It’s been 20 days since we last gave you an update about my life. That’s because we have lost access to my Instagram account using the IG app,” they wrote on a recent post.
The added: “We’ve asked the IG people for help, but they too could not figure out how to fix the problem. So I’m really sorry I have not been sharing anything lately. I hope this gets fixed soon. If not, then we’ll just settle with the Facebook business suite.
“Please pray with me that my Instagram gets fixed. I miss all of you.”
Scarlet’s Instagram page has been around since 2016. As of writing, the profile has over 5.1 million followers on the photo-sharing platform.
