Ryzza Mae Dizon reveals ‘wasabi scene’ in My Little Bossings unscripted

This hilarious scene of Ryzza Mae Dizon eating wasabi in the 2013 movie My Little Bossings has just gone viral on TikTok and the former Kapuso child star has this revelation explaining her co-stars’ candid reactions.

A TikTok user recently uploaded a clip from the comedy film showing Ryzza, Vic Sotto, Ice Seguerra and Kris Aquino’s son Bimby dining out at a sushi bar and restaurant.

In the scene, Ryzza eagerly went for the wasabi using her chopsticks when the waiter served their food on the table.

After having a taste of the wasabi, Ryzza stuck out her tongue and blurted: “Ang-ang-ang” (Ang anghang!), eliciting restrained laughter from Vic and Ice.

Ryzza then grabbed her glass of water while Ice helped remove the wasabi from her tongue.

Vic and Ice could be seen trying to control their laughter, while Bimby laughed out loud as Ryzza was getting rid of the spicy taste.

“Bakit mo sinubo?” Vic asked Ryzza.

Reacting to the newly resurfaced video clip, Ryzza, now 16 years old, had the chance to explain on TikTok that it was her first time to eat at a Japanese restaurant and had no idea about wasabi.

Ryzza recalled being told by the assistant director to eat anything served on the table “kasi yung scene kakain kami, nag-eenjoy, ganyan.”

“Wala po akong idea sa mga ganyan first time ko pa lang makakain sa Japanese restaurant,” further shared Ryzza in a TikTok video.

“So ako po, wala talaga akong idea and akala ko po kasi yung green na ‘yan ice cream. Sino ba naman kasing mag-aakala na wasabi pala yan or maanghang pala yan,” she laughingly admitted.

Ryzza went on to reveal that the blooper scene was not in the script.

“Hindi po talaga scripted ‘yan. Nakain ko po talaga yan, buti andyan si Kuya Ice para tanggalin siya sa bibig ko kasi super anghang lalo na sa ilong,” she said.

In her caption, Ryzza expressed her thanks to her co-stars for helping her get rid of the spiciness off-cam.

“‘Di ko pala nasabi pero thank u Bossing, Kuya Ice & Bimbs sa pag tulong mawala yung anghang after the scene HAHAHAHAHAHAH.”

Ryzza first rose to stardom after she won as Little Miss Philippines in 2012 on Eat Bulaga and later became a co-host of the noontime show.

She also hosted her self-titled morning talk show The Ryzza Mae Show, which aired from 2013 to 2015.
