‘Mahirap na’: Trina Candaza on possible reconciliation with Carlo Aquino

A reconciliation might not happen for Trina Candaza and ex-boyfriend Carlo Aquino at least, for now.

After months of speculation, Carlo recently confirmed in an interview with ABS-CBN News for that he and Trina have already called it quits this year.

The former child actor maintained that he and Trina are civil and are on a co-parenting setup for their one-year-old daughter Mithi,

“Nag-uusap kami every once in a while nahihiram ko si Mithi pero syempre dahil nga pandemic pa rin, ‘yung safety muna niya ‘pagka may trabaho ako nag-aantay ako ng ilang days,” said Carlo.

Trina, meanwhile, aired her honest thoughts when an Instagram user commented about her and Carlo possibly overcoming their conflicts and reconciling for their child.

“Sana magka-ayos na kayo ni kuya Carlo alam ko mahal niyo pa isa’t isa, pagsubok lang ‘yan malalagpasan niyo rin para kay baby kalimutan ng past at magsimula ulit ❤️ God bless,” wrote the netizen.

“Mahirap na po magkabalikan lalo na kung yung mga taong nakapaligid support sa pagiging single ng tao na para bang walang batang nawalan ng buong pamilya,” Trina said in response.

The ex-couple first sparked breakup rumors in January after Trina shared a cryptic post about self-worth and giving up on partners who only give you headaches in a relationship, which netizens speculated was alluding to Carlo.

Carlo first met Trina during a car show in 2018 and became officially a couple in 2019.
