‘Nakakaawa’: Mother from Batangas goes viral for her emotional reaction to suckling pig at supermarket

This mother from Lipa, Batangas went viral for her emotional and genuine reaction to a suckling pig at a supermarket.

According to Jeriel Cueto, they were shopping at a grocery store when his mother approached him hysterically.

“Tingnan mo ‘yung biik doon, nakaawa. Tapos binalot ang biik, gagawing lechon. Nakaawa!” his mother Vilma can be heard saying in the video.

The uploaded video on TikTok has already garnered 2 million views. Netizens were entertained by her genuine reaction, while others said they can relate to Nanay Vilma.

“I feel you Tita! Nakakaawa naman talaga!” a netizen commented.

“Same! Akala ko ako lang eh!” another netizen said.

Jeriel said they did not expect that the video would go viral on social media.

The original sound of the video even became a trend on TikTok! The online community started sharing several videos using Nanay Vilma’s reaction.

Jeriel described Nanay Vilma as a jolly and caring mother. “Kwela kasi pag kasama mo siya especially sa unusual place na hindi niya kabisa, magpapatawa ‘yan and never magkaka dull moments pag kasama mo si Inay.”
