Netizens lauded these proud parents after seeing their genuine and wholesome reaction upon knowing that their son passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination in Dec. 2021.

Patricia Ann Hennigan Diaz started a random conversation with his mom, Catherine, to break the good news. At first, Catherine thought that Pat was just bluffing.

But when she finally saw Pat’s name on the official list, she screamed with joy and excitement.

Pat said that he planned to capture the special moment to keep a memory of his milestone. The uploaded video now has more than 500,000 views on social media.

Pat shared that his success was not done overnight, saying he surpassed several bumpy roads before reaching his achievement.

When he failed to pass the exam on his first try, he then decided to work in a call center while reviewing for his retake exam.

In Dec. 2021, Pat gave it another shot and finally succeeded. He admitted that he was nervous during his second take.

After shifting to other courses and institutions, Pat finished his degree at The Family Clinic Inc. in Manila. Although he is currently employed, he is looking for a job related to his degree.

Para sainyo to. Mahal na mahal ko kayo,” Pat said when asked about his message to his supportive parents.
