Rabiya Mateo got candid about beauty rest on her way back home from the United States.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2020 recalled being “knocked out” on the plane in her first-ever vlog.
“Ginigising nila (flight attendants) ako, ‘di ako magising. Akala nga nila I took some Melatonin or some sleep aid kasi I’m knocked out talaga,” Rabiya mused.
“Sila na lang din yung nag seat belt sakin, can you imagine hindi ko siya naramdaman,” she added.
The vlog detailed her last day in Los Angeles where she spent it dining with friends, colleagues and Miss Universe Philippine 2014, Mary Jane Lastimosa.
On her Instagram account, she happily shared the news of her first ever vlog which she filmed and edited on her own.
“Did all the editing from the thumbnail, trailer up to the actual video. I guess this quarantine period allowed me to be more creative and artsy,” she said in her post.
The 24-year-old had stayed in the US following her participation in Miss Universe 2020 last May. She stayed for two months, touring and visiting Filipino communities in the States before her return to the country earlier this month.
