Jinkee Pacquiao dismissed rumors that she is only after the wealth of boxing champion husband Manny Pacquiao.
The socialite and media personality recently appeared in celebrity doctor Vicki Belo’s “Pinaka” interview on YouTube where she was asked on the most hated rumor about her.
“Before, nung bago pa lang kami ni Manny, parang pineperahan. Dahil nagkapera na ganun. Pera lang ang habol kasi nag-champion sa boxing,” revealed Jinkee adding that even Manny’s losses after their marriage were even gossiped about.
Pera? Hay nako,” said Jinkee.
The mother-of five then looked back at their humble beginnings, disclosing how they used to borrow money when Manny was just starting out his boxing career.
Ginigising ko sila ng maaga, ‘Ninang help me, help us.’
Jinkee also related that despite the financial hardships they went through before, she did not discourage Manny from reaching his dreams of becoming a boxer.
“No, never.
Jinkee, who’s now an entrepreneur, also shared that it never crossed their minds that they would come this far.
