Maja Salvador credits ABS-CBN for financial stability

Maja Salvador credited her former home network ABS-CBN for making her financially ready especially during these trying times.

In a recent virtual mediacon for her upcoming series Niña Niño on TV5, Maja expressed her gratitude for the numerous projects and earning opportunities she had with the Kapamilya network.

“Maraming, maraming salamat sa ABS-CBN, of course. Dahil sa kanila kaya ako nakaipon po. Kaya kahit anong emergency man ang mangyari ay handa po tayo.”

Maja, who transferred to TV5 amid the franchise issue of ABS-CBN, also thanked the Kapatid network for welcoming her with open arms.

“Lalo na ngayon, thanks to Cignal and TV5 dahil hindi din po tayo pinapabayaan. Grabe yung tiwala na ibinigay sa atin at grabe yung pagkupkop,” she said.

“Kaya po siguro ako hindi napapagod magtrabaho dahil yung blessing ni God wala ring hinto,” she added.

Maja’s last TV project with the Kapamilya network was the hit 2019 primetime series The Killer Bride.

The 32-year-old actress is set to make her TV comeback as the lead star of the TV5 teleserye Niña Niño which revolves around the story of a sibling duo who explores the big city and ends up working as con artists to survive.

Directed by Thop Nazareno, the upcoming drama-comedy series premieres on April 5.

Following her network switch, Maja also became a main host in the now-defunct TV5 musical variety show Sunday Noontime Live.

She also recently launched her own talent management company Crown with boyfriend Rambo Nuñez to personally handle her showbiz career and “make other people’s dreams come true.”
