Now that their relationship is public, Julia Barretto has become more open about her feelings towards boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
In an Instagram story on Wednesday, she expressed her gratitude to the actor for letting her into his world. Her post included photos from when she joined Gerald, who’s also an auxiliary officer with the rank of lieutenant at the Philippine Coast Guard, for their recent relief distribution activity.
“Thank you for sharing your (world) with me,” she wrote.
Gerald reposted her story and wrote: “Doing our little part.”
The relief distribution activity the couple joined was held on March 6 for the Aeta community in Iba, Zambales as part of Gerald’s birthday celebration.
A total of 300 Aeta families residing at the Lupang Pangako Resettlement Area in Barangay San Agustin received goods such as rice and hygiene supplies.
Just a day before their relief operation, the 32-year-old revealed in an interview with the King of Talk Boy Abunda that the 24-year-old actress is the person who is making him “very happy”.

This was followed by Julia’s Instagram post where she shared their first official couple pic and wrote: “Everyday I celebrate you, but today I am extra grateful ? Happy birthday my love, I am SO PROUD OF YOU.”
In the YouTube vlog of Gerald’s brother Ken Anderson, she also expressed her love for him saying, “My love, I love you, and we all love you.”
