Actor and Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez took to Instagram to pen a sweet birthday message for his wife actress and politician Lucy Torres-Gomez.
He revealed he has asked for Lucy’s hand in marriage on the eve of his then girlfriend’s birthday back in 1997 and since then, “everything turned flowers and colors and happiness.”
