Kita Kita stars Alessandra De Rossi and Empoy Marquez are pairing up again for another project under filmmaker Sigrid Andrea Bernardo.
On Instagram, the actress joked that the “economy class” tandem — dubbed by fans as Alempoy — will be making a comeback via the film Walang Ka Paris.
In another post, she poked fun at her onscreen partner’s new look, calling him Johnny Depp.
“Never ko inexpect na makakatambal ko si Johnny Depp. Pero hashtag blessed nalang! Salamat sa chance,” she quipped.
Meanwhile, their project’s director teased that they will be shooting soon.
“Na miss mo ba sila? Ako rin! Kaya nag KITA KITA na muli kami! Kinilig ako. I’m sure sila rin,” she said.
Alessandra and Empoy first teamed up for their 2017 romance comedy film, Kita Kita.
The film grossed over P320 million, becoming the country’s highest-earning indie film and inspiring an Indonesian remake titled Cinta Itu Buta (Love is Blind).
